In Genesis 32, Jacob approaches Esau with care, humility, and a strategy that reflects the complexity of their relationship. Similarly, Jesus teaches us in the Lord's Prayer how to approach God: simply, humbly, and as a child approaches their father—with love and trust.

Our approach to others is often shaped by our relationship with them. Do we come with fear, guilt, or expectation? Do we approach God as a loving Father who delights in us, or as someone distant, angry, or transactional? Jesus reminds us that our approach to God should be grounded in love, confidence, and reverence: “Our Father, who art in heaven, hallowed be thy name.”

When praying the Rosary, our understanding of God shapes how we meditate on the mysteries. Let us come to Him:

- Simply, bringing our true selves.

- Humbly, acknowledging His greatness.

- Confidently, trusting in His love.

- Completely, holding nothing back.

- Totally, as a child approaches their loving Father.

God’s name is holy, and His love for us is infinite. Today, as you reflect on the Lord’s Prayer, consider: How do you approach God? May this reflection deepen your prayer life and strengthen your foundation as you pray the Rosary.
